I'll bet Jack is the only 4th grader in (U.S.) history to bring his own almond biscotti to a class party! What is the stuffed roast in the photos called? Looks gorgeous. You guys are gorgeous, too!
We stuffed a rack of pork with rosemary, sage and garlic. (Much easier than we thought!) Served with white beans. Both from the Tuscan issue of saveur. To start we had arrancini, then a beet salad with roasted pecans and gorgonzola.
Jack was very proud of his biscotti. They were delicious. I'm going to have him make more this weekend!
